This semi-hard, brine cured cheese of the Greeks is known for its very white color and salty taste. Feta is mainly used as ingredient in salads, or as an appetizer together with olives, aromatized olive oil, cold cuts, roasted red peppers, but can be easily grilled too and added as topping to pizza. The salty and tingy flavor of Feta pairs well with beer, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon.
