How To Order

1. Add to Cart and Checkout.

2. Pick delivery option.

DELIVERY - FREE DELIVERY OVER P1500 order value or Flat Rate of P150 within Metro Manila. We have a flat rate of P150 for Rizal areas, and FREE delivery over P2000 for Cainta, Antipolo and Taytay. For Greater Manila areas (Laguna, Bulacan, Cavite,) we can arrange for special delivery; please message us on Instagram.

For orders received before 5pm, we will deliver the next day except on Mondays, when we're open only for pick-up. 

PICK-UP 
Book your rider or pick-up your orders at 4566 Quintos St, Poblacion, Makati. Orders can be available same day for pick-up. Please message us on Instagram.

Gcash, Visa or Mastercard, Deposit to our Account. 

4. If you chose Bank Deposit:

If you chose bank deposit, please deposit to  BPI Savings: 3945802471Gracelia Pinon and email copy to pantryitaly@gmail.com. We will confirm payment and deliver after.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Just in case it happens, we can replace unopened items that may have quality issues when you receive them. We will pick up and replace the item, if it is unopened and stored in the proper temperature. We can replace with the same item, an item of similar value, or we can give you store credits for your next purchase.

2. If it also happens that an item you ordered and paid for is unavailable, we can replace with another item of similar value, give you store credits for your next order, or issue a refund.
