This Italian cow's milk cheese is made from mozzarella and cream. It has a solid outer shell made from mozzarella and inside is a soft creamy stracciatella and cream. Slice it open and the thickened cream flows out and is best eaten within 24 hrs. This is great on everything from salads, pasta, pizza, eaten with bread or proscuitto crudo.
