Lasagna is a dish that will always remind you of home. Even when the kids have left home, they'll always look forward to Mum's cooking and Sunday family dinners. Learn how to make authentic lasagna as your signature dish so the family will always have something to look forward to. 

In this workshop, Giacomo, a restauranteur, entrepreneur, and food enthusiast will share traditional Ragu Lasagna and Seafood Lasagna from his hometown in Venice, Italy. He will teach you how to cook the perfect lasagna in this two-hour interactive workshop via Zoom on June 26, from 1 to 3 pm.  The workshop fee includes the following ingredients:

  • 300g Fontina or cheddar cheese
  • No-bake Italian lasagna sheets
  • Quargentan White Cooking Wine
  • Quargentan Red Cooking Wine
  • 2550g Italian Tomato Passata

To be provided at home:

  • 1-liter milk
  • 100g all-purpose flour
  • 100g butter
  • 200g salmon
  • 200g shrimps
  • 200g marlin
  • 500g mussels
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt

  • 500g ground pork
  • 500g ground beef
  • Celery
  • Carrot

Giacamo is an entrepreneur, restauranteur, and artist, born and raised in Venice, Italy. He moved to the Philippines for love in 2016 when he married his wife, actress Ina Feleo, whom he met in Venice. He's appeared in some tv shows in the Philippines, like MARS, where he cooks Italian dishes and critics Italian food from restos for the audience. His home-grown brand, Pasticciph, a food delivery on-demand concept, has been getting rave reviews as a hidden gem with some of the best pasta and risotto in the metro. In the workshop, he'll share recipes from his nonna, sharing food traditions from his hometown in Venice Italy.
