Bake a pizza fresh off the oven with our fresh, all-natural 10-inch artisan pizza dough handmade by Nadine Howell. In a few easy steps, prep the dough, go crazy on cheese and cold cut toppings, and make your best pizza ever. The kit comes with all-natural Italian Marinara sauce and fresh, buffalo mozzarella so you can make authentic Neapolitan pizza as if it came from a pizzeria in Rome. This is also a great bonding activity with the kids and the rest of the fam.
Delivery on Saturday June 18. Order cut-off Friday 12 noon ( June 17).

To store pizza dough:
Please keep refrigerated or frozen. Refrigerator life is 3 days and freezer life is 2 months.
To cook:
1. Bring the dough out of the fridge and allow it to rise at room temperature for 2 hours. If frozen, allow to rise at room temperature for 2.5 hours. This would be a great time to prep your pizza toppings.
2. Once ready, transfer the dough to a flat work surface and dust the top with extra flour.
3. Gently stretch the dough in a 10-inch circle, leaving the outer 1-inch edge thicker than the center to create a crust.
4. Place directly onto your pizza peel or baking sheet and top with your pizza toppings.
5. Bake or boil your pizza. This should take 1 to 10 minutes depending on your oven and level of heat. The hotter, the better.
6. Once the crust puffs up and a few charred spots appear, your pizza is ready.
