Master two different types of Risotto with Chef Massimo Veronesi of Va Bene Pasta Deli and whip them up especially during special occasions. Plus, we have a bonus recipe of Arancini rice balls perfect for Italian appetizers or as a snack, so you can wow guests or your family as you treat them to a special Italian feast. The online workshop via Zoom on Sept. 26, 1 to 3 pm, is a hands-on interactive experience with Chef Massimo of Va Bene Pasta Deli, where you can cook along or simply watch, learn special recipes and his techniques, and get feedback on your dish as you make them together. By the end of the workshop, you'll be able to make Risotto like a pro. Main ingredients are included:
