Chiller: 3 days
Reheat the pizza dough in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Remove then add desired pizza sauce and toppings.
Bake in the oven for 8-10minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
Tomato Sauce Recipe
Tomatoes 350g (whole peeled canned)
1 tsbp olive oil
Method: Season tomato and add olive oil, oregano and basil. You can use blender until it thickens. Keep aside for 30 minutes before use.
Thaw, and drain of water. Slice and place on top of pizza sauce and dough.
