This hard cheese made in the Spanish region of La Mancha has a firm and compact
consistency and a buttery texture. Manchego has a distinctive flavor: creamy, not too
strong with slight piquancy and leaves an aftertaste that is characteristic of sheep’s milk.
It’s a perfect addition to any cheese platter together with cold cuts, dried fruits, honey and jams.
