Its strikingly creamy texture will melt in your mouth. Gorgonzola has many uses; it makes an excellent table cheese even paired with honey and fruits such as apples, grapes and pears, and may be enjoyed in salads, main dishes, sauces, salad dressings or added to risotto and pasta.
