Donna Chiara pasta is made in Italy from high quality durum wheat. It's sourced from Puglia. This type of pasta contains a high level of gluten making it strong and yellow. It's rich in protein and 100g will yield 200-250g of elastic, strong, golden yellow, good quality pasta.
